Main responsibilities
- You carry the revenue and cost responsibility up to the level of EBITDA and ensure consistent controlling.
- You implement the business strategy of Livique/Lumimart at the points of sale and are responsible for the quality standards and the presentation of goods according to visual merchandising specifications.
- You contribute to the development of the annual plans and budgets and work closely with the company manager as well as internal offices such as purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR and finance.
- You coordinate and accompany new openings, closures and conversions and actively participate in projects. Requirements
- You are a leading sales person with several years of experience in the interior industry and have a business background (level university of applied sciences).
- You are communicative, self-responsible and entrepreneurial – with consistent customer focus and the ability to inspire teams and motivate them to perform at the highest levels.
- You have a very good knowledge of German and French in words and writing and are familiar with the mentality and cultural characteristics of French-speaking Switzerland.
- You are safe with MS Office and have a category B driver’s license (high travel activity). What we offer
