- You create and publish job advertisements, manage applications in the applicant management system and provide complete documentation
- You prepare employment documents and ensure timely processing
- You support the Recruitment & Assessment management in administrative tasks, statistical evaluations and selected tasks in the area of talent acquisition
- You work on the further development of administrative processes, templates and tools
- You provide professional, friendly and service-oriented candidate communication assuring your profile
- You have a commercial training and the certificate HR assistant or HR clerk
- Ideally, you will bring professional experience in an administrative function, preferably in the HR or recruiting environment.
- You work very structured, accurate and reliable and keep track of many parallel tasks
