- You advise and look after our guests at reception and on the telephone
- You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash transactions

Main responsibilities
- You advise and look after our guests at reception and on the telephone
- You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash transactions
- You actively sell our entire range (individual admissions, memberships, bodymind consultations, private SPA, sales items, etc.)
- You maintain membership changes in our system, arrange appointments and book reservations
- You are responsible for recording fault reports
- 1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: In the service sector (e.g. Tourism, hotel industry)
- You have a customer-oriented way of working with an above-average willingness to provide service
- You have a high level of initiative, reliability and a great sense of responsibility You have good computer skills
- You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of deployment planning (7-day shift work, evening, weekend and holiday work)
