- Targeted property acquisition: You identify and win high-quality real estate mandates in Liestal and the immediate vicinity.
- Network management: You use your existing network with decision-makers, including those from banking or insurance, and actively develop strategic partnerships.
- Evaluation & Consulting: You carry out well-founded market value assessments and convince owners with tailor-made marketing strategies.
- Relationship management: You accompany your demanding customer base from the first contact to the successful sale.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced personality who convinces through competence and embodies the premium claim of Engel & Völkers:
- Experience: You have several years of proven successful professional experience in real estate brokerage or you come from the banking or insurance industry and bring clear interfaces and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
- Acquisition strength & persistence: You love sales. A “no” really spurs you. You have proven that you can inspire people, handle objections sovereignly, and get degrees.
- Implementation strength & drive: You know that success in the real estate market requires perseverance to achieve your goals. You work independently and bring a high self-motivation.
- Network: You are excellently networked in the Oberbaselbiet and know how to use it profitably.
- Competence: A stylish appearance, negotiation skills at eye level as well as a high degree of strength set you apart.
- Language skills: You communicate stylishly in German and ideally bring good English skills for our international customers. Every other language is a plus.
