Application process

  • The unit focuses on master data management, application support and BPE (Business Process Expert) / BPO (Business Process Owner) tasks within the digital QC systems.
  • As a BPO (Business Process Owner) or Business Process Expert (BPE) You are responsible for the local laboratory systems and their harmonization between the Basel/Kaiseraugst locations as well as the global interfaces.

  • Education & professional experience: Completed studies in the field of life sciences and more than 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality control of the pharmaceutical industry (ideally with experience in the field of pharmaceutical IT systems).
  • Expertise & GMP knowledge: familiarity with the LPS methodology, comprehensive expertise in cGMP, and in-depth knowledge of local and international GMP regulations.
  • Working methods & analytics: self-employment of demanding tasks, professional and results-oriented working methods with focus on continuous improvement and the analytical ability to assess complex issues.
  • Personality & Culture: Positively thinking, inclusive and self-reflected personality with strong teamwork that lives trust and actively shapes an open speak-up culture.
  • Communication & network: Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships at the Kaiseraugst location and in the global Roche network, combined with excellent language skills in fluent German or English.
