Tasks
- You support the product ranges Sleeping, Youth & Carpets from procurement to the finished offer (stationary for the sales points as well as online)
- You proactively support the product manager in all administrative matters and have an independent working method in the handling of various tasks.
- The telephone and written contact to suppliers (Europe and the Far East), partners as well as sales outlets in German, French and English is part of your everyday work.
- You are responsible for the product master data management using SAP as well as the processing of attributes in the e-shop. - The collection and processing of promotions in various tools as well as coordination of advertising materials is also one of your tasks. - You coordinate and control administrative processes such as invoice checks, quantity checks, delivery dates and good-to-print clearances.
Requirements
- A complete basic commercial education as well as ideally professional experience in purchasing, product management or in a comparable administrative function is required.
- You have good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel) and experience in dealing with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- You are a self-employed and committed person with structured as well as reliable working methods.
- Your German knowledge of words and writing and English skills are very good
- French skills are advantageous.
- You are committed, service-oriented and also able to team up and enjoy working together in a dynamic environment.
