Role overview
To strengthen our team in the area of process management & development, we are looking for an initiative personality immediately or by appointment who will actively shape and drive forward our digital transformation as tasks:
You will develop and establish company-wide process management in a targeted manner - with a particular focus on digitization and automation
You will actively advance topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), agentic AI, RPA and process automation - from the identification of suitable use cases to implementation

- Affinity and ideally practical experience with AI applications, automation technologies or data management
- Ability to work both conceptually and to implement solutions yourself (hands-on mentality)
- Experience in working with different stakeholders as well as in managing external partners
- Structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as strong ability to work in a team
