Role overview
Your tasks: Head of the Technology Department in the Monitoring Division.
This includes: - Personal and professional management of the department - Care and deepening of safety culture in the department – nuclear and conventional aspects, including the safety of employees in the department - Budget planning and responsibility for the department - Responsibility for the professional treatment and disposal of low- and medium-active waste including the execution of hazardous goods transport according to ADR class 7 - Responsibility for radiological decontamination of building parts, components and tools - Responsibility for the operation of active laundry and respiratory workshop in the controlled zone - Responsibility for the operation of the warehouse and the warehouse - Cooperation in projects and audits - Representation of the KKL in the above-mentioned departments with external stakeholders and authorities: ENSI, BFE, Swissnuclear, Zwilag, Nagra and PSI • Your profile: - Higher education or FH degree in technical and scientific direction - knowledge of power plant and process engineering - Conditioning and disposal of radioactive waste - Decontamination, radiation protection and radiation measurement technology.
- Leadership experience - willingness to train for radiation protection experts (with sufficient qualifications)
