- Participation in national and cantonal working groups to support the department management
- Participation in the implementation of the ALG's digitalization strategy Requirements
- University or technical college degree as an engineer in geomatics, construction, environment, agronomy or comparable Specialization
- Strong communicator, independent, solution-oriented and decision-maker Structured and conceptual way of working
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy taking on new tasks
- Very good knowledge of German; other cantonal languages are an advantage
