Main responsibilities

- You will analyze and control our real estate portfolio and develop concepts and processes.
- Support and further development of the CAFM system and ensuring data quality
- Planning and construction-related FM and workplace management
- Support for small projects or operational tasks throughout the FM team.
- You are responsible for managing Facility Management projects (costs, deadlines, quality). Requirements
- 2-5 years: Facility Management area
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences): Facility Management
- You bring experience in project and process management.
