- Your main responsibilities will include: Framing and monitoring of assigned projects (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis and problem resolution).
- Definition and development of technical solutions and problem solving within the framework of the project.
- Experience in managing research and development projects in the field of precious materials
- In-depth knowledge of research and development techniques Strong planning and time management skills
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include: Framing and monitoring of assigned projects (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis and problem resolution).
- Definition and development of technical solutions and problem solving within the framework of the project.
- Sharing results with our internal partners.
- Framing and monitoring of projects with our external partners (industrial, academic, etc.).
- Formalization of results and lessons learned at different stages of the project to facilitate management and capitalize on the results.
- Development and strengthening of knowledge in the field of precious metallic materials.
- Support for the production of alloy castings and thermomechanical transformations in laboratory format or via production equipment.
- Analysis and synthesis of metallographic characterization jointly with the materials laboratory.
- Carrying out the scientific and technical review of R&I projects in its area of expertise.
- Close collaboration with the group's Manufactures and Houses to ensure successful transfer of project results.
Key requirements
- Experience in managing research and development projects in the field of precious materials
- In-depth knowledge of research and development techniques Strong planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Language skills: French, English, and German Analytical and problem-solving skills
