- Requirements assessment, workshop management, documentation and involvement of all relevant stakeholders (IT, specialist departments, municipalities)
- Risk and change management, preparation of project plans, status and meeting reports What you bring:
- Recognised degree from a technical college or university (or equivalent qualification)
- Further education and practical experience in project management – ideally in complex public administration projects
- Sound understanding of administrative processes and political processes in the Canton of Aargau
- Strong communication and moderation skills as well as experience in cooperation with community and specialist partners
- Secure handling of common project tools (e.g.
