Application process
- Analysis of emergency service care data and determination of justified operational areas as well as design and coordination of the award and application procedure including suitability and award criteria
- Structure of the management and coordination function of the SNZ 144, definition of scheduling and instruction processes and cleaning of interfaces with all operational partners
- Feasibility and implementation analysis of the connection of the medical emergency call centre to the cantonal administration What you bring:
- Master’s degree from a technical college or university in a relevant field of study or degree from a secondary technical school with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, health care, rescue, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
- Several years of experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects with different stakeholders
- In-depth experience in health or rescue, civil protection, emergency services or a comparable regulated, safety-critical environment
- Experience with organisational development, procurement, procurement or legislative projects
- High level of negotiation and communication, a skilful attitude towards authorities and specialist bodies as well as a binding, solution-oriented and robust working method
