Role overview
In this mission, in close partnership with the directorates of the various fields of activity, and the heads of the HUG training and development centre, you ensure the management of a portfolio of strategic projects and the implementation of good practices in terms of pedagogical engineering, the conduct of institutional training projects and the training of trainers.
In close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you are conducting complex and large-scale projects that enrich and optimize the training offer of HUGs in order to effectively meet the skills development needs of HUG staff and other target audiences within partner entities.
The training devices you create are efficient and contribute to the excellence of HUG staff skills and performance.

- With your methodological expertise in project management, you bring a structure and organization that ensures the smooth functioning of the cross-cutting and institutional projects entrusted to the CFD.
