Role overview
Our Sustainability & Economic Policy Directorate is responsible for managing and implementing the Migros Group's sustainability, economic policy concerns and customer service.
As a biodiversity program manager, you control and coordinate the implementation of the biodiversity strategy, which affects the entire Migros Group and its value chains and products.

Main responsibilities
- Control, coordination and further development of the biodiversity program, which includes the implementation of the biodiversity strategy across the entire Migros Group
- Active internal and external stakeholder management for the biodiversity program
- Development and communication of decision-making bases and concepts for the biodiversity program
- Independent management of cross-departmental and cross-company projects

- Sound professional experience: in the area of project management in a business context (experience in management consulting, transformations and/or sustainability an advantage)
- Completed studies (university/ETH, FH, HF): preferably business administration, management, environmental sciences, food sciences or in a related field
- German (business fluent) English (fluent): French and/or Italian an advantage
- Networked interdisciplinary thinking with strong results orientation and prioritization (achieving sustainable and measurable results)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills in project management and Sustainability
