Tasks
- Development and further development of a clear product vision and strategy for the M365 environment, taking into account organizational requirements, market and technology trends and technical dependencies
- Collection, analysis, prioritization and documentation of requirements and translation into feasible, economical solutions with high acceptance
- Collaboration in the technical and technical conception of modern M365 solutions
- Planning and implementation of roll-outs, with initial focus on SharePoint Online, as well as step-by-step development of the entire platform
- Ensuring the technical and organizational integration of M365 into the existing IT landscape with particular attention to data protection and the handling of sensitive data
- Transparent, target-group-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders over the entire product life cycle
- Professional leadership and close cooperation in an interdisciplinary, cross-functional team
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
- Several years of experience as a product owner, ideally in complex organizations or public administration
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft M365 Cloud Platform beyond pure user knowledge
