Your responsibilities

As a product owner for clinical applications, you actively shape the digital future of our medical processes. Their work directly contributes to ensuring that doctors, nurses and medical professionals work efficiently and that patients are optimally cared for. They work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to provide our customers with an ever better service.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the configuration and operation of the clinic information system KISIM from Cistec as well as its medical systems at the Zofingen site.

• Ensure smooth processes, stability and performance of the systems.

• Continuous development and optimization of applications in close coordination with the specialist areas in order to optimally cover their needs and achieve process improvements.

• Actively advising and supporting users in complex issues, conducting training courses appropriate to the target group as well as creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Identify potential for innovation and evaluate it, and implement new functionalities or system integrations to increase the efficiency and quality of medical care.

• Actively contribute to the support, customizing and further development of further applications at group level.

• Working closely with the Group’s specialist departments, external partners and IT teams to ensure integrated and sustainable IT solutions.

• Managing incidents and changes as well as coordinating with suppliers in the event of disruptions or adaptation needs.
