- In a first phase, your focus is on three central topics:
- You are responsible for setting up and further developing standardized CI/CD pipelines for our central technology stacks.
- Together with the participants, you define binding minimum standards for code, security and automation.
- You support the teams in dealing with pipelines and standards and ensure that they are anchored in an understandable, usable and effective way.
- In a next step, you will develop the System Team further into a central enabler for further parts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- You drive automation through the entire development and delivery process.
- You promote professional software development with clear standards, effective automation and a high level of maturity.

- You have an excellent understanding of modern software development, technical platforms and cross-organisational cooperation.

- You understand the requirements of modern software development and bring in-depth, multi-year experience in topics such as CI/CD, automation, testing, release management, integration and DevOps - ideally from complex organizations.
- You move safely in demanding IT landscapes - also in the interaction of standard software, in-house developments, cloud services and on-prem systems.
- You can develop a clear product vision and structure, prioritize and translate technical topics into an actionable roadmap.
- You act safely in an environment with different stakeholders and manage to establish common goals and binding guidelines and anchor them effectively in an organization.
- You think strategically, but remain pragmatic and solution-oriented in the implementation.
- You can see where standardization makes sense and where teams need the necessary freedom.
