- Corporate responsibility for the assigned ranges including sales, margin, contribution margin, budget and pricing strategy across all sales channels (B2B & B2C)
- Strategic development of the range based on market, consumer and sports trends as well as evaluation of new manufacturers, suppliers and competitive sources of supply (grey market sources)
- Independent relationship maintenance and negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers as well as implementation of the procurement strategy in close cooperation with purchasing
- Ensuring economic availability of goods, efficient ordering processes (upstream and reorder) and high data quality across all sales channels
- Development of marketing measures together with marketing and sales as well as coordination of internal and external interfaces
- Preparation of relevant reporting and manufacturer billing as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the responsible product range areas
- Self-employment in strategic project management and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in programs such as dropshipping, data connections and purchasing tools
Requirements
- Completed basic training with EFZ or equivalent qualification, ideally in trade or e-commerce
- Further training in marketing, product management, purchasing or business administration is advantageous
- 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, category management or purchasing, preferably in the e-commerce or sports/lifestyle environment
