Main responsibilities
- As a Product & Content Manager, you take on the professional and strategic responsibility for the UZH intranet (UZHub) and develop it as a central communication and collaboration platform of the University of Zurich.
- As a deputy product owner, you define the product strategy and roadmap, prioritize
- Requirements from the university units and coordinate the implementation of new functions in cooperation with Central Computer Science.
- They analyze usage data, optimize content and functions and ensure compliance with governance and quality guidelines.
- In addition, you support and advise the community of content managers, support them in their projects and promote professional exchange.
- In addition, you are responsible for the creation and further development of selected content and support the news managers of the intranet in the newsroom of the communication department. Requirements
- They preferably have a university degree or a comparable education in communications, information sciences, digital business or a related field as well as several years of experience in responsibility for digital platforms, intranet or collaboration solutions.
- Ideally, you will have experience in product management and content management as well as knowledge of SharePoint-based solutions.
