Within the framework of this function, attached to our Methods Division, you will be responsible for supporting production processes and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on the standards that you can develop independently.

- Create and update production records and toolings based on standards.
- Pilot or actively participate in continuous improvement (5S, SMED, QQC, ergonomics...).
Main responsibilities
- Create and update production records and toolings based on standards.
- Pilot or actively participate in continuous improvement (5S, SMED, QQC, ergonomics...).
- Implement the actions necessary to analyse and meet workshop needs.
- Search and analyse deviations to standards, process malfunctions and causes of waste in workshops and/or production lines.
- Identify critical operations of the line and bring them to the Patek Philippe production system standard.
- Pilot projects, acquisition of means of production and participation in the improvement of existing processes.
- Define and update the manufacturing reference.
- Implement the actions necessary for the industrialization of the series products (reindustrializations). Profile sought
- ES or Bachian in mechanics/microtechnics or equivalent training.
- Minimum experience 3 years in the field of clocks or micromechanical.
