Together to further develop the portfolio for cyber and electromagnetic space (CER) as well as information and communication technology (ICT) in the Cyber command
As part of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) according to SAFe, lead the assigned sub-portfolio CER/ICT, create analyses and planning variants relating to the strategy and further development of the Cyber command and bring about decisions in the relevant committees

- Experience in the application of agile methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as SPC and/or LPM certifications with a willingness to continuously develop them
- Ability to manage resources in finance, human resources and risk
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational action depending on the context, to combine both perspectives in a targeted manner and to act responsibly, flexibly and analytically
