Role overview
For patient and referrer management for the polyclinic area, we are looking for an appointment coordinator for polyclinics 80%, from January 2027 100%.

- You accept patient registrations with the highest level of professionalism and process them carefully
- You organize and coordinate appointments, both in person and by telephone, and are responsible for providing information and adjusting appointments
- You have completed EFZ medical training with at least two years of professional experience and have very good knowledge of medical terminology
- You work in a structured, calm, efficient and independent manner and are able to set priorities, while impressing with a high level of social skills and openness to an intercultural environment
- You have a very high level of command of the German language, both spoken and written, and ideally have foreign language skills in English and French Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- You accept patient registrations with the highest level of professionalism and process them carefully
- You organize and coordinate appointments, both in person and by telephone, and are responsible for providing information and adjusting appointments
- You act as the central contact person for patients, parents and internal and external referrers and ensure a smooth flow of information
- You actively participate in the optimization of processes and take on delegated tasks to support efficient operations
