As a team member, you will operate, set up the production facilities, resolve faults and ensure a smooth production process
As a quality manager, you guarantee that all products that leave our facility meet the highest standards
As a technical manager, you will manage the staff assigned to you at the facility and ensure that everyone knows exactly what needs to be done
Your active participation in production also includes craftsmanship - because you know that the best managers are those who lend a hand themselves

5 years: Plant manager or baker
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Food industry
