- Correctly assess and implement welding standards
- Process production orders efficiently according to specifications
- Consistently adhere to quality, deadlines and costs
- Continuously improving manufacturing processes and welding processes
Requirements
- Basic technical training, ideally in the metal sector
- Experience in sheet metal processing counts as a plus point
- Enjoyment of exact welding work
- Readiness for individual layer and piquette inserts
- Good oral and written knowledge of German
