Exciting tasks await
- They enter the registered land register transactions (in particular purchase, deposit and easement contracts) in the Capitastra computer land register.
- You keep the diary (chronological recording of registered transactions) in the Capitastra
- They prepare land register extracts, scan paper documents (e.g. purchase contracts) from document tapes and store them in the computer land register for inspection.
- You provide oral and written information by phone, counter and email
- They do the postal service as well as general administrative work
- If appropriate, the area of responsibility can be extended by the formal and partial material examination of land register transactions.

Your working environment
In the Register and Civil Status department, we advocate legal certainty in the areas of commercial registers, land registers, surveying and civil status. The Grundburiefer in the canton of Aargau are located in Baden, Laufenburg, Wohlen and Zofingen. They are responsible for the formal and material examination of the registered transactions and execute them in the land register.
