- In this versatile function, you and your team are responsible for ensuring the internal work processes in the area of aid supply. This includes, among other things, creating offers, invoices, delivery notes, reports and managing customer project correspondences as well as scheduling for the consultants.

Requirements
- You have a basic commercial education and can have several years of professional experience in customer service and administration.
- You like to work independently and think proactively.
- Very good knowledge of the German as well as the French language (minor language level B2) is required for this function.
- Good knowledge of social security is an advantage.
