Application process
- Setting up and sending applications and requests
- Preparation and adaptation of templates and information materials
- Data collection, data storage and data analysis as well as preparation of entries and dossier closures
- Management of occupancy and empty space lists of municipalities in cooperation with social workers and the canton
- Support for local social workers in the communities, e.g. during accommodation visits, entry and exit, as well as in providing simple living skills (e.g. waste separation and recycling, use of household appliances and washing machines, emergency numbers)
- Participation in the further development of processes as well as standards and control instruments
- Taking on general administrative tasks in the area of:
- Completed commercial or other vocational training and some years of professional experience, ideally with further training in the field of social security
