- Acquisition of inputs, transfers and other mutations in SAP (SF-EC)

- Administrative handling of the entry and exit process in close cooperation with the HR Business Managers
- Acquisition of inputs, transfers and other mutations in SAP (SF-EC)
- First contact person for questions about time tracking at the location Care of temporary staff Accident and sickness handling services
- Processing of family allowances (registration, mutations)
- Management of family issues such as birth, marriage and death Creating (intermediate) certificates
- Maintaining the corporate structure in the SAP system
- Participation in the creation/updating of HR processes and projects Switch service Requirements
- 3-5 years: Human Resources
- Completed basic or further training: Kauffrau*Kaufmann, human resources Exact and structured working methods
- Rapid comprehension, flexibility and a high level of process understanding Service-oriented and positive team player German (very good knowledge) French (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
