- Process briefings: You check and process briefing documents and ensure a smooth administrative reception
- Collect patient data: You collect all relevant data in the clinic information system (M-KIS, Dynmed, RAP) and keep patient records correctly and seamlessly
- Training: Completed commercial training (EFZ or commercial diploma)

Main responsibilities
- Process briefings: You check and process briefing documents and ensure a smooth administrative reception
- Collect patient data: You collect all relevant data in the clinic information system (M-KIS, Dynmed, RAP) and keep patient records correctly and seamlessly
- Cost Language & Agreements: You obtain cost languages, monitor them and coordinate the cost agreements with our patients
- Bed planning: You take over the responsible planning of the beds across all stationary locations
- Communication: You maintain contact with internal and external partners such as referees, insurers, patients and the interprofessional team
- Information Management: You guide interested patients through the house and provide competent information
- Administration: You support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to the optimization of our processes Conditions
- Experience: Some years of professional experience, ideally as a bed dispatcher or in health care
- IT know-how: Good user knowledge in MS Office, also beneficial in RAP, DynMED and M-KIS
Key requirements
- Training: Completed commercial training (EFZ or commercial diploma)
