- Ensure efficient, friendly, and reliable administration and communication for various HR processes and queries, supporting HR professionals and their client departments.
- Experience dealing with discretion and confidentiality.
- Interest/experience with delivering presentations.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, friendly, and reliable administration and communication for various HR processes and queries, supporting HR professionals and their client departments.
- Inform and advise student and graduate populations throughout their experience at CERN on several topics (regulations, integration, processes, etc.).
- Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics to a variety of audiences, both within and beyond the group.
- Master the swift administration of contractual actions for several populations.
Key requirements
- Experience dealing with discretion and confidentiality.
- Interest/experience with delivering presentations.
- Interest/experience with customer service roles. Skills:
- Effective written and oral communication, adapting the style to different audiences.
- Working in teams, promoting a positive atmosphere through an optimistic and constructive attitude.
- Maintaning discretion and accountability.
- Delivering high-quality work on time and fulfilling expectations.
- Proactive attitude on taking on activities and tasks without prompting.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Presentation crafting and delivering skills.
- Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French. Eligibility criteria:
- You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State .

- By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Human Resources, Administration, related (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is a general secondary education diploma .
- You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
- Applicants with a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree are not eligible.
