- Training planning and implementation: responsible for the practical training of students in anesthesia nursing.
- Teaching theoretical fundamentals and practical skills in the field of anesthesia.
- Completed NDS in anesthesia nursing

Main responsibilities
- Training planning and implementation: responsible for the practical training of students in anesthesia nursing.
- Teaching theoretical fundamentals and practical skills in the field of anesthesia.
- Support and development: assisting students in developing their technical, social, and self-management skills.
- Regular reflection discussions, feedback, and promotion of personal and professional growth.
- Supervision and assessment of practical work and competency attestations.
- Quality assurance: ensuring training quality through close collaboration with the education department and the team.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement of training processes.
- Coordination and collaboration: close cooperation with other trainers, specialists, and nursing management.
- Communication with educational institutions and participation in meetings and network events.
- Support with administrative tasks, such as documenting learning progress and reporting. Requirements
