Role overview
The operating unit, located on our Delémont site, is composed of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the management of patients requiring diversified surgical care, mainly in visceral surgery, orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, obstetrics, ENT, ophthalmology and neurosurgery, ensuring the safety, quality and continuity of care.
In order to complete our team in the operating room, we are looking for a replacement from 1 December 2026 or to be agreed upon, and for a minimum of 4 months, one:

- · Prepare, organize and make available the equipment necessary for surgical procedures.
- · Ensure the technical functioning of medical devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- · Diploma of technician in operating room (TSO), IBODE or IDDO.
- · Prior experience in operating room in different specialties desired.
Main responsibilities
- · Prepare, organize and make available the equipment necessary for surgical procedures.
- · Ensure the technical functioning of medical devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- · Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses to ensure optimal operation.
- · Trace the material used and participate in the monitoring of hygiene and sterilization processes.
- · Help maintain a safe, organized and effective operating environment.
Key requirements
- · Diploma of technician in operating room (TSO), IBODE or IDDO.
- · Prior experience in operating room in different specialties desired.
- · Excellent mastery of aseptic rules and security protocols.
- · Accurateness, rigour and ability to manage complex situations.
- · Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility and good stress resistance.
