Main responsibilities

Key requirements
- 1 to 3 years: professional experience in the production, process management, lean or Continual improvement environment.
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or comparable, ideally with focus on process management or operational excellence, and a further education in lean management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable)
- English (negotiable): every other language is an advantage - you convince through your communication strength, like to work with different stakeholders and implement changes pragmatically and sustainably.
- You work in an analytical, structured and solution-oriented manner and enjoy continuously improving processes and processes.
- You bring first knowledge of Lean Management, Operational Excellence or KVP.

- You actively participate in the introduction and application of lean methods such as 5S, KVP, Shop Stockfline Management or problem solving.
- You support the development and further development of KPI systems, Dashboards and visualizations for the data-based control of the operation.
- You participate in cross-sectoral improvement projects and, after the initial training phase, take responsibility for complete projects, sub-projects and concrete implementation measures.
- You support managers and employees in anchoring continuous improvements in everyday work.
