- Independent work in an interdisciplinary team with various interfaces to the doctors, therapists and other specialist areas
- We offer you the post-diploma course monitoring care and make you fit for use in our early rehabilitation.
- Diploma as nurse HF / FH or comparable education / studies with experience in the field of neurological rehabilitation (SRC recognition for foreign diplomas)
Main responsibilities
- Professional activating rehabilitation care and care of patients as well as support of relatives in early rehabilitation
- Independent work in an interdisciplinary team with various interfaces to the doctors, therapists and other specialist areas
- Ensuring quality and continuity in the care process
- Personal responsibility and active thinking in an interesting and varied field of work Profile
- Recognised professional training (NDK supervision care, NDS intensive care, anesthesia or emergency care) or willingness to complete it
- Experience in acute care / early rehabilitation and interest in the field of neurological rehabilitation
- Enjoy working independently in the interprofessional team
- Strong quality awareness, resilience and flexibility
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German (B2) Willingness to work in all shifts Pensum: 60-100 % Employment: indefinite Entrance: 2026-07-01
