- The most important thing in short working as a member of our clinic management You work closely with all areas of our psychiatric clinic and shape the strategic and entrepreneurial orientation of the nursing organization.
- You take overall responsibility for all care teams and ensure that modern, safe and patient-centered care is lived.
- In addition to direct management of the care areas in our patient houses You also have central units such as Quality Management, Central Education of Care, Care Development, Pharmacy and Patient Disposition & Therapy Booking Office.
- In this broad field of activity, you control both strategic and operational projects, develop nursing standards with your teams and ensure that quality, education and care are optimally integrated.
- You lead the nursing profession through upcoming processes of change and growth in the clinic and ensure that our family, appreciative and interprofessional culture is maintained and can develop further.
- You will actively network with cantonal bodies, specialist committees, associations and other relevant partners in the healthcare sector. You bring that with you
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar job in nursing, ideally in a psychiatric environment or in a complex clinical organization
- a completed degree in nursing, nursing science, health management or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of nursing development, quality management and modern management tools
- a pronounced service orientation and enjoyment of a benevolent, participatory and family leadership culture
