Main responsibilities
- Comprehensive and person-centered care and care of neurosurgical patients
Company and context
- Independent planning, organization and execution of nursing interventions as well as active involvement of learners/students in the day-to-day care
- Design and development of the care process in the reference care system
- Accompanying, supporting and assessing learners/students (maintenance HF/FH, FaGe) by holding apprenticeship interviews and assessing with different types of qualifications in close cooperation with the vocational trainee/educational manager of the department
- Share responsibility for a motivating, appreciative and learning-promoting training environment Requirements
- You are a nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally in the field of neurosurgery
- Education experience or interest in developing further in education
- Additional training SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
- Joy of supporting young adults in professional and personal development
- Interested in the care of neurosurgical patients: women with commitment and quality awareness for patient care
