- Incident Management: capturing, classifying, prioritizing and tracking disruptions and events by creating tickets
- Security Monitoring & Event Handling: Monitoring and handling of security incidents in the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Trouble management and troubleshooting: identifying, analyzing, limiting and fixing complex IT, network and security system failures
- Coordination of field services and 2nd level and external service providers for troubleshooting Profile and skills
- Completed degree in computer science, network technology or cybersecurity Technical Foundation in Network and IT
- Experience in dealing with monitoring and ticketing tools
- Interest in security, monitoring, automation and AI-powered tools
