- Incident Management: capturing, classifying, prioritizing and tracking disruptions and events by creating tickets
- Security Monitoring & Event Handling: Monitoring and handling of security incidents in the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Trouble management and troubleshooting: identifying, analyzing, limiting and fixing complex IT, network and security system failures
- Coordination of field services and 2nd level and external service providers for troubleshooting
- Major Incident Management: Management and coordination of disruption processes, including escalation management and close cooperation with stakeholders Monitoring and operation of telecommunications, IT and OT systems

- Student in degree or graduate (fresh from degree) in the field of computer science, network technology or cybersecurity
