Role overview
As a nurse or nurse in a neurology unit at Bellerive Hospital, including a long-term neurological care area, you independently and/or under medical delegation ensure that you are able to provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients and patients with complex neurological conditions, such as cerebralised patients and patients.
You are conducting increased monitoring of neurological symptoms in order to anticipate complications of patients with long-term altered state of consciousness.
You provide specific care such as tracheotomy, over-the-counter catheters, long-term feeding probes (LRPs).
