- Market management: Actively operate acquisitions and implement advertising measures for defined market segments and customer groups
Main responsibilities

- Market management: Actively operate acquisitions and implement advertising measures for defined market segments and customer groups
- Market research: Detecting trends early and responding strategically
- Collaboration: Monitor flow of quantities with our biogas controllers and maintain HODUFLU-/digiFLUX protocols
- Responsibility for sales and profits: compliance with sales requirements
- Strategic development: Developing new markets and sales potential
- Project management: Control projects around natural fertilizers (solid and liquid)
- Stakeholder Management: Voting with cantons, federal government and peasant associations
- Profile & requirements: - training: basic training as a farmer or comparable qualification; Business training is advantageous
- Professional know-how: outstanding knowledge of the agricultural industry as well as sales and final strength
