- Du empfängst Patientinnen und Patienten und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben fühlen.
- Du planst und koordinierst die Sprechstunden und behältst Termine im Griff.
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in EFZ abgeschlossen.
- Du hast bereits in einer Praxis oder im Spital gearbeitet und kennst den Alltag.
Main responsibilities
- Du empfängst Patientinnen und Patienten und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben fühlen.
- Du planst und koordinierst die Sprechstunden und behältst Termine im Griff.
- Du gibst telefonisch Auskunft an interne und externe Ansprechpersonen.
- Du erledigst allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten und hältst die Abläufe am Laufen.
- Du bewirtschaftest Material und stellst sicher, dass alles vorhanden ist.
- Du führst kapilläre und venöse Blutentnahmen durch.
- Du bedienst die Laborgeräte, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und wartest die Systeme.
- Du legst periphere Venenkatheter.
- Du schreibst EKGs und bereitest die Untersuchungen vor.
Key requirements
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in EFZ abgeschlossen.
- Du hast bereits in einer Praxis oder im Spital gearbeitet und kennst den Alltag.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Labor und arbeitest gerne exakt.
- Du bewegst dich sicher in digitalen Systemen und findest dich schnell zurecht.
- Du drückst dich mündlich und schriftlich klar auf Deutsch aus.
