- In your turntable function, you take over the medical correspondence, are in telephone contact with patients and referees and organize the vascular surgery consultation hours from assignment via diagnostics and surgery to follow-up control, including maintenance of all data in the clinic information system (EPIC).

Main responsibilities
- As medical secretary, you are the first contact person of our clinic and shape the first impression with your professional appearance – thanks to you, everyday hospital life runs smoothly, efficiently and patient-oriented
- In your turntable function, you take over the medical correspondence, are in telephone contact with patients and referees and organize the vascular surgery consultation hours from assignment via diagnostics and surgery to follow-up control, including maintenance of all data in the clinic information system (EPIC).
- As part of clinical patient management, you will accompany and coordinate the individual patient progressions along the entire patient path and work closely with the medical service, patient disposition, surgical coordination and the office centre.
- In addition, in close cooperation with the neighboring disciplines of the vascular center, you ensure a smooth progression of further diagnostics and therapy and coordinate the corresponding interfaces for optimal patient care. Requirements
- With a completed medical education (MPA) or a commercial education including further training as medical secretary or Medical secretary and several years of experience in the medical environment provide you with the ideal basis for this demanding task
- Commitment, reliability and an independent, organized way of working distinguish you as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations – supported by your resilient, structured and socially competent personality
- Very good IT knowledge and enjoyment of administrative tasks are required and form the basis for efficient and precise work with modern digital systems
