- Also re-entrants, in particular radiology specialists (RFP) with an interest in administrative tasks, are welcome.
Key requirements
- Completed training as medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant (MPA) or further training as medical secretary / medical secretary
- Also re-entrants, in particular radiology specialists (RFP) with an interest in administrative tasks, are welcome.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a practice or hospital, experience in radiology is desirable
- Readiness for operations from Monday to Saturday between 06.45 and 18.30;
- Saturday is a fixed working day, further missions take place as required according to operational planning
- Interest and pleasure in working with various IT systems (e.g. Nexus, Synedra, H-Net, Outlook) Safe handling of MS Office;
- Knowledge of SAP and Nexus is desirable, but not a requirement
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; Further language skills are advantageous Friendly and service-oriented appearance
- High flexibility, reliability and discretion
