- Take on the role of apprenticeship master for the ESA apprentices of the Housing Department and be the reference person for their training path.
- Participate in the recruitment of ASE apprentices, develop their training plan including an intersite tour and ensure its smooth running.
- Coordinate evaluations, centralize biannual reviews and monitor the educational and practical development of apprentices in collaboration with the facilitators responsible for the three sites.
