Full description

At our location in Dintikon you check and document returns and warranty cases from the post office and from our retail locations. Together with your team and our suppliers, you ensure that every case finds the fastest way to solve it. The job is limited to 6 months – if it fits on both sides, let’s talk about an extension or permanent employment.

Mansioni

• Timely recording and customer-oriented processing of returns and warranty cases in our ERP
• Responsibility for quality and quantity of returns and guarantee cases, from completeness to the right solution for the customer
• Forwarding the cases to the right place: Refurbishing, manufacturers, suppliers or service partners
• Further processing of withdrawals from our retail locations
• Control of incoming shipments from suppliers, manufacturers and service centres before they reach internal and external customers
• Exchange with customer service, refurbishing and other internal teams

Requirements

• 1-2 years: processing related to return and guarantee processes
• Completed initial or continuing education: logistics specialist with commercial diploma
• Good PC user knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems as well as the desire to acquire the necessary know-how in editing
• Motivation, personal responsibility and readiness to keep a cool head even when the packages stack
• The willingness to question “as it has always been done” and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions
• Taking calculated risks to create value and drive growth
• in German (negotiation certain)
• English (very good knowledge)
• French (advantageous)
