In this responsible position, you are responsible for the medical care as well as the education and training of the employees of the medical emergency centre in Bern.
You shape the professional development of the team and monitor the quality of scheduling and operations, so you contribute significantly to ensuring professional and efficient emergency call management.
In addition, you support the training of new employees and take on management tasks in the event of major events in the backward area of the mission management as the other members of the medical management.

Main responsibilities

- Auditing of emergency calls and carrying out supervision operations
- Preparation of medical and technical specifications for implementation in the cantonal operation centre and medical and technical support of departmental and sectional management in the further development of the cantonal operation centre
- Assuming the function as chief emergency physician in the event of mass attacks of patients at the front and back from a piketting service
- Taking over technical work with the support of the other members of the medical management Requirements
- Emergency physician SGNOR and specialist title FMH
- cadre function in a hospital (minor senior physician) Training LNA CEFOCA / SFG
- Several years of experience in preclinical emergency medicine
- High level of process and analysis competence
- High technical understanding and ICT affinity
