Description of the position Function Chief Physician / Chief Physician Geriatrics Pensum 80 - 100 % Employee category Squad Job entry 01. January 2027 or by agreement The following tasks await you:
- Technical coordination and representation of the Chief Physician Geriatric Rehabilitation
- Self-responsible management of a rehabilitation department in Schinznach
- Medical care for patients
- Management of junior medical assistants
- Participation in the training and supervision of junior doctors and in internal training
- Cooperation in the maintenance of training centres according to SIWF criteria (Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine, PMR and Rheumatology)
- Management of an interdisciplinary report
- Participation in the promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with the other faculties (therapies, care)
- Participation in medical risk management
- Participation on a regular basis in the background service

- Experience in rehabilitation desired
- Leadership experience and leadership training (or willingness to graduate)
