YOUR TASKS

• You receive our patients warmly and accompany them from the first call to the following appointment
• You organize consultation hours and appointments and are the interface to the medical profession, specialist areas and external partners
• You keep the patient dossiers, record services and prepare the billing
• You support our doctors with blood sampling, ECG, dressing changes and minor procedures
• You provide ready-to-use treatment rooms and equipment and order the material
• You get involved in quality topics, projects and events and help to further develop our processes

Your profile

• You have completed an MPA education and have ideally advanced
• You bring experience from an acute hospital or medical practice, preferably also in patient reception and practice administration
• You keep an overview even in hectic moments and think solution-oriented
• You work safely with Windows and Office and master German verbally and in writing perfectly
• You act friendly, approach people empathetically and treat sensitive information discreetly
• You work independently and reliably and are also ready for assignments outside the opening hours, for example at sports events or workshops
