Main responsibilities

  • Carrying out maintenance, maintenance and inspection work on conveyors and logistics systems in cooperation with the supplier
  • Resolving mechanical faults and assisting with electrical and control problems to ensure plant availability
  • Replacement and repair of mechanical components such as rollers, bearings, chains, motors and conveyor belts
  • Documentation of the work, support for conversions, optimizations and commissioning as well as cooperation with internal and external specialists
  • Compliance with safety and quality regulations and use in the 3-layer system Requirements
  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, plant and apparatus manufacturer:in or similar)
  • Experience in the maintenance of industrial or conveyor systems of advantage as well as basic knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics or electrical engineering Mechanical understanding and craftsmanship
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method as well as good knowledge of German in words and writing
  • Readiness for shift work or keyboard inserts as well as knowledge in the field of PLC controls is advantageous
